We really enjoyed the apartment, which was very comfortable and well-appointed. Everything had been thought of. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the lady in charge of this could not have been kinder or more helpful. Our only minus was the cost of the parking. Whilst very convenient, right nextdoor, the cost was prohibitive, even with the discount code provided by the front desk. This really adds to the cost of a night's stay. In future, I would consider a nearby NCP car park. The hotel's location is very good for the city.

Arrived to check in at 5.30 pm and the room wasn’t ready, we were offered a drink which was served k but waited another 15 min or so and were then given a different room, happy with the room but feel if check in is available from 3 then the rooms should be ready
