Das Haus ist zentral gelegen, die City gut mit dem Bus erreichbar.Das Haus ist klein aber fein und in gutem Zustand aber schade, dass der Garten überhaupt nicht gepflegt ist und es keinerlei Gartenmöbel gibt.
