Room was clean, not too far from the airport or city center. Don't trust the cab company they have at the front desk tho. Was overcharged and taken for a much longer ride than necessary while being lectured on politics by the driver. Stick to Uber instead!

Located very close to bus stops, actually makes it a hotel with a very small amount of walking to the NEC. Staff was friendly and respectful. Card machine issue but he resolved it very quickly ay check-in.
