The place was absolutely sensational. When there was as issue with our initial room it was upgraded without issue. The staff listen to respond. Instructions are very clear. The hotel is clean and spacious. Will definitely come back! I say this coming from London. Very good hospitality.

Check-in was super easy. I was travelling on my own (female) for work, and I did feel safe. The apartment was a decent level of cleanliness, and very spacious for what I paid. Excellent to have a little kitchen and space to sit - rather than just a cramped bedroom. I would definitely stay again.

Gosh what can i say about waterloo street apartment? It was AMAZING. The room, the staff, location, amenities, just all of it was unbelievable. The cost for a Saturday night in central Birmingham was extremely reasonable too. Check in process was easy, check out was also easy. Will definitely be staying again.
