Great location next to the train station. It was a little difficult to order a food delivery to the lobby area as the hotel is accessed via a pedestrian arcade walkway. Beautiful hotel, it felt luxurious to me!
Thank you for a beautiful room and excellent customer from the moment we checked in until the moment we left the hotel. A great choice for those who are coming to the Hippodrome performances. A stone's throw away from New Street station.
Nice spacious room with comfy bed. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellence with good choice.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Adam and Lyndsey were so so helpful, I dont think Ive met a better reception anywhere else, this is customer service with a smile which is rare now. Rooms are big and spacious, lovely warm and cosy, just a great trip and stay all round.
Room needed repairs some years ago. Woken up by loud radiator noises every night. You hear everything between rooms. Bed was small but clean and comfortable and housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room. Great location for shopping and close to train station.
Great service from the front reception Mini and the breakfast staff.
Room was lovely although the bed was too soft for us. Toiletries good quality
