**NOTE**

If you're planning to use the hot tub during your stay, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can get it ready for you. It usually takes 8–10 hours to fully heat up, so a bit of notice means it’ll be nice and warm when you get here.

Please note there’s an additional charge of £15 per night, and the hot tub needs to be heated for the entire duration of your stay.

Guests have full access to the entire house. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all available spaces and amenities.



Our property features a total of 6 standard beds for a comfortable and restful stay. One of the super king beds is detachable and can be converted into two single beds upon request — ideal for guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll set it up for your convenience.

For additional guests, we offer 2 click-clack style sofa beds located in the common areas. These are perfect for extra sleeping space when needed.

Also, all adult guests will need to provide Photo ID before being sent check-in instructions
