The Reception staff on duty on Friday 24th Oct were absolutely fantastic, especially Anastasia and her sister. They were so polite, helpful and attentive. Went above and beyond duties. Bedroom and hotel very clean. Downside, our room was to the front of the building and next to a main road, which was very noisy even during the night. It sounded like the window was open, which it wasnt. Whether it was poorly sealed but the noise disturbance was not good. Didnt get much sleep. Again, the friendly face of Anastasia and her sister made up for it and they apologised for me not getting much sleep. The breakfast was good. We normally do not partake as often find the food cold but Anastasia sister and other colleagues kept topping up with fresh, hot food

The first room we checked into had a broken bathroom door and heating system. We were moved to another room and the front door didn't close properly, bathroom door handle was loose and shower head and cord were broken meaning water just leaked out.

I had an accessible room which was lovely and big but had a bath with a shower over, which I couldn't use and red pull cords hung well out of reach. The floor was in a disgusting state (see photos). The place is pleasant but I couldn't have dinner as they had no free slots left - I'm guessing they were short of staff because the restaurant was practically empty. The King-size bed was two singles pushed together, which were both rock hard. There were no plug sockets next to the bed, which was annoying. Breakfast was utterly tasteless. Fortunately, I was only there about 12 hours but wouldn't stay again.
