The room was clean, comfortable beds and good temperature. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. The only issue was a broken threshold strip on the door to the bathroom, we put the shower mat over it so we didn't trip and reported it.

Overall a pleasant stay, with the bonus of being able to check in earlier than the standard time. The room was basic but comfortable and quiet. There was no remote control in the room on arrival, and I had to ask twice before one was provided. Breakfast was disappointing, as the food wasn’t warm and tasted like it had been sitting out for some time. That said, it’s a good, affordable hotel if you’re just looking for a base while exploring the city

Check in was horrendous! I paid through the hotels.com app and they expected me to pay again! I showed them proof that I had paid but then left us hanging around in reception for at least 10 minutes whilst he sorted it out! He even asked me whether I had a phone number for hotels.com!

It was just a budget hotel though fares not much different than other hotels. Breakfast very standard and average. Room was clean but shower area not much. Hand wash bottles were only quarter filled. Convenient location and not bad for one night stay.
