The other people in the neighbouring rooms were so loud running up and down the corridor till 3am. I called reception and they said they would tell them. I also went and asked them politely but still no change. It was so just ridiculous. Then I asked for a late check out and the staff said no. I was so tired

breakfast replenishing was very poor, breakfast staff looked upset, to some extent I felt they were upset because lots of asian customers were staying that night and morning in the hotel. One black male staff member middle aged on reception was excellent in service, polite but kitchen breakfast chef was terrible. on 18 January 2026.

Restaurant, very limited options available and the dish I ordered had only one of the ingredients listed in it, when I queried this I was told it would be replaced it wasn't and as food stops at 9pm I had to buy a bar of chocolate for my evening meal and request a refund of the dinner......waiting for this to be processed as obviously it is not straight forward!! The swimming pool was ok however the changing rooms had 2 women who were dying their hair which was everywhere the sink was black and spoilt my experience

The room was spacious, clean and warm, just the way i would have wanted it. The member of staff that checked me in was very courteous and friendly. I used the jacuzzi but it wasn't as warm as i expected it to be, the sauna was nice but it was quite full. It was a shame the sauna in the ladies changing room was not on or working. My overall experience of staying at the hotel was good for the purpose of my stay.

I did not have breakfast as not included Entry to bathroom was very narrow with sink in the way and I trapped my finger between door and sink Radiator was behind curtains which did mean heat was trapped behind curtains and room felt cold. Hotel very big and my room was a long way away and down some stairs. I had a lot of Christmas presents which I did not want to leave in the car si I had several visits back and forth from car to room on arrival and departing.
