Staff were friendly and helpful. Room/shower room and bed linen were very clean and bed was very comfortable. Room was very quiet, no sounds of banging doors. Very large TV screen with dozens of channels. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Some signs of wear & tear in the shower room, but not enough to detract from the overall experience. The evening meal was excellent. Generous portions and good vegan options. The dessert was sublime! I would definitely stay here again if the need arose.
