We were told that they were under reconstruction, so we understand the dirt and stuff, but the only gripe that I have is that the people on our floor kept slamming doors at night. After they FINALLY stopped were able to get some sleep. Overall it was a great stay.

I made a reservation in advance, and upon arriving at the property, the front desk staff was very rude. I was told that the reservation had been canceled, which was not true, and they refused to provide us with a room, despite the fact that we had a valid confirmation.
