We booked ahead for three nights. Confirmed on our reservation email. No record of our booking for Friday night. The woman at check in did not care and did not try to help us. Came back Saturday (we had prepaid) to find a dirty hotel and dirty room. Terribly run down place. Not at all like the Hampton Inns we have stayed in over the years.

Lots of construction, which is good long term. No one told me that the rooms got cleaned every other day. For a Hilton property, this is unacceptable. Half the rooms were not used because of the construction and they still couldn’t take care of the rooms for the remaining guests. WHY HIlton????
