Firstly we got a disabled room, when taking shower the water goes everywhere it’s dangerous and slippery. The water wasn’t hot it’s cold when my son had his shower this morning he was shivering. The room is cold as well.

parking was good with in an out access. the breakfast especially the eggs leave a great deal to be desired. Hilton has an extremely high quality of food and chefs so I am not sure why thsi is an issue. The first day the eggs were burnt with brown edges until the egg curled up out of shape the next day should have been scrambled eggs but the texture is wrong. Do better hilton
is that reconisabe as eggs?

Our go to hotel in Birmingham, quick & easy check-in. Every member of staff is very helpful, friendly & polite, from front of house to house keeping. Very handy for pubs, clubs & theatres. Short stroll for shopping or the Christmas market. Parking at the hotel £15. Buffet breakfast has something for all tastes, staff do their best to cover all dietary needs.

Ideally situated for the Utilita arena,easy walk. Large car park. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The only little thing was that the shower head in our room needed either cleaning or replacing as water was sporadic in some areas . I am sure this will be rectified , I would definitely recommend staying here

Nice hotel centrally located. Good breakfast - I loved the waffle station, particularly the limited edition strawberry waffles. But the dining space was small and cramped.
