Tired hotel, shower curtains, peeling wallpaper, old carpet but the clincher was no hot water for 2 days! After travelling a long way this ruined my stay. I'll never be back.

The boiler was broken and I was not informed of this on check in. This meant that there was no hot water, also when I came down for breakfast, there was plenty of choice. However, the hot food buffet was not hot.

The hotel was well presented. The room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Negative issue was prolonged check in - around 20 mins. Automatic doors created a barrier to the waiting guests. Only one small lift. Golfers and guests dont mix easily, and a feeling that the golfers were more important.

Nice hotel

Clean room, nice pool perfect for children, very friendly staff at reception and breakfast. We had awful dinner in the Restaurant on the first night, they messed up half of the order, no one came to ask us how our food was, we waited over an hour for one of our main courses, we called the waiters several times, at the end supervisor came, and they argued with us that nothing was messed up. We didn't visit the restaurant for dinner anymore.

The hotel is clean but the pool and spa areas and the rooms all were tired and need updating. We waited over 2 hours for food in the restaurant and we were on a DBB rate but everything had supplements so I don’t think we saved any money and the menu was significantly more limited. Staff were friendly.
