This hotel advertised 24hour room service, and I was arriving in late from London. When I arrived they told me they were too understaffed to provide room service. I was travelling from far and was hungry. I went into the room and their was a welcome note with a different guest name on 'stating we will move you to another room' I also saw hair in the bathroom. Clearly, someone had entered that room and then was moved but they didn't check the room. Breakfast food was terrible and tasteless. Only thing that was nice was the spa.

Elaine on reception was absolutely amazing, very kind helpful and just a nice person. Would deffo come back to this hotel. Food was beautiful and really enjoyed the Jacuzzi etc. Very clean big rooms. Huge bed , very comfortable night sleep.
