Our unit is convenient and just a short distance away to many common and/or frequented places such as: UAB, Downtown/Uptown, Protective Stadium, Samford University, I-65, Highway 31, Walmart, Publix, Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, Galleria Mall, Upper Deck (billards), Sammy's Adult Entertainment, Hoover Met, various Restaurants and Shopping.

Our Space:
This is a (1) bedroom and (1) bath unit that features a queen size bed.

The living room has a full-size futon that can be adjusted (let down/out) for sleeping purposes.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

There is also a seating area at the kitchen table for (2). A variety of cooking utensils are provided.

Our unit is located upstairs.

This property is overpriced. It’s not in the best part of Homewood. The hallway going into the apartment and the apartment itself has an odd odor. My suitcase still smells like the place. The WiFi went in and out constantly making it difficult to watch television stations or movies on a streaming service. The host locked the Nest controller for the HVAC at 75degrees on cool! It’s New Year’s Day and 32 degrees outside! 62 degrees in the apartment! Bathroom has broken Sheetrock next to the tub.
