A typical drive in and sleep hôtel Off a busy dual carriageway but Windows cut out noise No wifi in hotel!! Therefore smart TV didn't work £7.50 for parking Bedroom comfy, just decor all over needs updating However for £39 it's a bargain

The property was terrible the rooms smelt of wee and were dirty - we did not stay there was also a lot of other people checking in and going to their rooms and then coming down and checking out to go somewhere else due to the state and smell of the rooms

I decided against actually staying at this hotel as previous recent reviews were so shocking that I couldn’t risk even going to try it out. Even some of the less recent reviews had not been acknowledged by the owners so I can only assume that issues had not been sorted out. I suggest that Hotels.Com seriously consider removing this hotel from their portfolio

We never stayed. We booked an accessible room but upon arrival we didn’t have a suitable room. The alternative offered room was not suitable as my wife is in a wheelchair and paralysed in lower limbs, do stepping into a bath to gave a shower was out the question.

I have to check out, within 3 minutes of my check in because I didn't like the place. I check in at 5pm instead 2pm however the rooms were not ready, I was asked to wait for another 15-20 minutes. First greetings is an awful odour right from the reception to my room.
