Very nice place to stay. The staff were friendly, even kept the kitchen open to cook us a meal. The family room was spacious and all the beds were comfortable

The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were comfortable and adequate for a short stay. (There were no drawers for clothes, so not so good for an extended stay.) It was only a few minutes drive from M6 and A46 which was convenient and Combe Abbey Country Park, which is very attractive in autumn colour, was only 6 minutes drive. Breakfast was ok but could have been hotter. We didn't try dinner because the menu did not cater well for our diets.

Excellent!

Check in was easy and staff were very friendly. Lovely atmosphere created by the staff. Food was nice and the discount on food and drink due to staying is always nice. Only booked for 1 night, but enjoyed it so much, stayed an extra night!

Outstanding hotel, situated in a quiet location away from the noisy and busy city . Rooms are cozy and maximally comfy. Good interior, with extra duvet kept for use. Cleanliness was a top notch. Bed was very comfortable , King size mattress with all white and succulent duvet and pillows. Clean toilet , bespoke and tailored to ultimate comfort and splendor. Staff were polite, friendly and highly professional. Would greatly recommend!! Definitely repeating my stay.
