Room was clean walking distance from New Street was minutes away just off on a side alley but super easy to find Staff super helpful allowing me to check in early so i could quickly drop a bag off before heading ontoba further journey

Fantastic! We were right in the center of the shops.my daughter was so pleased at the location and so was l. Perfect for a shopping expedition wish we had stayed longer.

Overnight business stay near new street

Great location for dropping bag. Going an evening event and sleeping. Clean. Basic but not expensive. Will be my go to for one jghyers in birmingham with work. This was my 2nd stay after booking on the day first time as pmans changed.

No housekeepers for 8 days of the stay. I had the same towels all week. Had to ask for top up coffee and tea sachets. No bed changes of sheets. Ran out of shampoo & shower gel and bought my own. Really disappointed with the service.
