I had a pleasant stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. The hotel was very clean, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff were helpful when I had trouble with the room temperature on arrival, and they sorted it out quickly. Housekeeping were also very friendly and welcoming. Great clean functional rooms at an amazing price for central Birmingham, ideal if all you are looking for is somewhere safe and clean to sleep and an ensuite bathroom. Bathroom is of a wet room style so plan what you're doing in advance as once you have showered then the whole bathroom is wet. Will definitely use it again if I am staying in St Pauls / Jewelry quarter again - ideal for The Jam House.
