The location was great for everything we wanted to do in Birmingham. The hotel was nicely decorated, staff friendly, coffee/tea in the lobby. The room was compact and using the shower covered the other bathroom facilities in water! but it dried quickly. Ideal for a short say, we would book again.

A decent property in Birmingham. Staff were friendly and approachable. Property was clean and well maintained. Negatives: lack of parking and lack of secure, safe public parking close by. Lack of amenities in the room; however, tea and coffee was available from reception.

Possibly the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Bed was comfy, difficult for two of us to get dressed in the room at the same time 😂. Basic common area amenities, mention of a grab and go breakfast but no sign of one. Paid coffee machine in lobby. Good venue in nice part of Brum close to pretty St Paul’s Square. Probably won’t stay there again, but it was ok.
