Living area
The living area is furnished with plush sofas, creating a space where you can relax and unwind after a long day of travel or work. With Smart TV's provided throughout, you can connect your personal entertainment devices or games console. Board games also provided as a great way to spend the evening. The dining table can seat 6 guests comfortably and is extendable at your request.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to show off your chef skills! It features modern appliances such as a coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher as well as all the amenities you need to prepare your own meals during your stay.

Bedrooms
The four bedrooms are elegantly decorated and exude warmth and comfort. Each room comes complete with cosy orthopaedic beds which can be used as either king beds or single beds along with ample storage space for your belongings. Beds will be made as single beds unless requested from you otherwise. Please note, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for king bed requests. We will do our upmost to accommodate any later requests. Bedrooms are able to accommodate a travel cot (either upon request or supplied by you).

Bathrooms
The property boasts multiple bathrooms with complimentary toiletries, ensuring convenience for all guests. The family bathroom consists of a bath and shower (over bath), while the ensuite boasts a large shower. There is also a downstairs WC for guests to use.

Garden
Relax in the garden on those warm days and nights and spot a few planes along the way. Whether it's reading a book, sipping a cup of coffee, or simply enjoying the the outdoors, the garden provides the perfect spot to rejuvenate and escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

Other amenities
We know how important it is to feel comfortable while you are away from home which is why we provide a hairdryer, vacuum, clothes drying rack, fan and other cleaning equipment for you to access during your stay.
Guest access
You will have full access to this three storey house with four good size bedrooms for you and your family or colleagues to enjoy. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, keeping you connected to work, friends, and family during your stay.

Included in the price is an end of stay professional clean. For stays of more than 14 days, we will liaise with you about additional cleans including linen and towel change during your stay. This will be charged to you directly.

With shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and transport links local to the property, our property is in a great location of Birmingham/Solihull.
