Villa Metropol was built in the early 20th century as a former spa guesthouse in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. Designed in the style of the famous spa architecture, it is one of the oldest and most prestigious buildings in Binz. 

The exquisite craftsmanship of the wood and wrought iron is simply marvelous, and the striking towers and the risalit are the hallmarks of this elegant seaside villa. The apartment is very centrally located and close to the beach in the heart of the sophisticated Baltic Sea resort town of Binz. It’s only about 100 m to the beach and just a few minutes’ walk to the Kurplatz and the pedestrian zone. A parking space is available free of charge on the property.

During the summer months, a beach chair is available for your use between beach access points 21 and 22.

A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building for a fee. Bicycle storage is available. It can be accessed via the driveway to the parking lot.

Restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, and a supermarket are within walking distance. The Kurplatz (seasonal events), the pier, and the Binz promenade are all just a short distance from your vacation rental.
