Welcome to our cozy and newly furnished Stranddüne vacation rental. The A-Capella building is a modern take on the traditional seaside resort architecture of Binz on the Baltic Sea.
This bright, cozy 74-square-meter apartment stands out above all for its quiet and central location.
The beach and the center of Binz are just a 4-minute walk away.
Plenty of space and possibilities—the apartment features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a spacious living room with access to a quiet balcony and, of course, a smart TV, a dining area, and a separate, fully equipped, high-quality Nolte kitchen.
You’ll find everything you need here—a ceramic cooktop and range hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a De’Longhi Nespresso machine, and, alternatively, a stainless-steel coffee maker.
Both bedrooms face the quiet inner courtyard; the master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a smart TV, while the second bedroom has two single beds (perfect for children). The second bedroom also offers a side view of the Baltic Sea.
Our “Stranddüne” apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
Of course, you can use Wi-Fi and your underground parking space (with a clearance height of up to 1.85 m) free of charge, as well as a seasonal beach chair (included in the travel price), as permitted by the Binz Tourist Office.
You’ll also find a washing machine and dryer (for a fee), as well as an iron and ironing board.
There are lockable bike storage areas in the building; go past the underground parking garage and then straight ahead.
Another highlight at A Capella is the spacious swimming pool, which is available for use free of charge. There is also a sauna and an infrared cabin available for a fee.
