Der Dünenpark Binz ist eine ganz tolle Anlage. Es war super sauber und das Personal bei An- und Abreise war sehr freundlich. Eine ganz kleine Beanstandung sind die Betten, aber jeder schläft anders, für uns waren sie zu weich. Es war ein toller Urlaub bei Ihnen. Vielen Dank.??

Unsere Ferienwohnung Nr. 159 war direkt an der Straße gelegen. Entgegen der Aussage auf Ihrer Webseite 'Idyllisch am Ortseingang von Binz gelegen finden Sie im Dünenpark Ruhe und Erholung.' konnten wir an der stark befahrenen Straße weder nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, noch tagsüber auf dem Balkon sitzen. Bei einem Hinweis hierzu an Ihre Rezeption wurde uns erklärt, die Wohnung könne nicht für uns verlegt werden, und wir hätten ja vorher sehen können, dass hier eine Straße verläuft. Ebenfalls völlig daneben ist die Aussage: 'Unser Wellnessbereich überrascht mit einem liebevoll gestalteten Ambiente, in dem man den Alltag schnell hinter sich lässt.' Waren Sie da mal drin? In einem Kellergeschoss, durch deren Umkleidebereich diverse Handwerker und das Personal laufen und völlig erstaunt sind, dort einen Gast vorzufinden fängt die Erholung an. Von zwei Saunen funktioniert nur eine. Kein Aussenbereich, noch nicht mal ein Fenster. Kein Ruheraum, der diese Bezeichnung verdient. Hierzu haben wir uns eine Nachfrage an der Rezeption gespart, es hätte ja eh nichts geändert. Vielleicht sollten Sie einfach nur etwas ehrlicher bei der Beschreibung auf Ihrer Webseite sein, dass würde einigen Ärger ersparen. Wohnung 159 war ordentlich eingerichtet, bis auf die Küchenzeile. Die Körbe der Spülmaschine waren komplett verrostet. Der Kühlschrank hat zwei Stufen: Aus und an. Im laufenden Betrieb wird der Inhalt automatisch tiefgekühlt, keine niedrigere Einstellung ist nicht möglich. Die Matratzen waren größer als die Betten und auf besondere Langlebigkeit ausgelegt. Glücklicherweise hatten wir Topper mitgebracht und konnten einigermaßen liegen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Personal ist sehr nett und unkompliziert! Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet. Leider war der Geschirrspüler kaputt, das Wasser wurde nicht abgepumpt. Das hatten wir der Rezeption gemeldet, die sofort reagiert hat. Die Reparatur konnte wg Wochenende erst nach unserem Aufenthalt stattfinden.

Sehr schön

Es hat uns sehr gefallen es war ruhig und angenehm.Der Weg zum Strand ist auch noch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen,nur das Zentrum ist etwas weiter entfernt.Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.
