This farm is located in the east of the island on a plot of approx. 21,000 m², just before the well-known coastal towns of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, near their popular sandy beaches of the same name. The farm has capacity for 10 people. There are a total of 5 bedrooms spread over two floors, all with double beds and air conditioning and 5 bathrooms, 4 of them en suite.

The nearest towns are Cala Millor Porto Cristo and Son Servera and the nearest beaches of Sa Coma and Cala Millor are about 5 minutes away by car. This farm is the ideal combination to relax with an unforgettable beach vacation.

On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace. There is also 1 guest bathroom with toilet. Here you will also find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer and a large dining table. In the living room there is satellite TV, WiFi internet and fireplace. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor there are a further 4 double bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms. The rooms have great views of the pool area and even the sea. The outdoor area has large, partially covered terraces, one with a dining table in front of the kitchen and another with chill out sofas. The pool area with a 11m x 5m pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Here you will also find the covered barbecue and a small bathroom with shower and toilet.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
