There are three charming bedrooms: on the ground floor, a room with a queen-size bed (160 cm); upstairs, a master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) with a partial sea view; and a children's attic room with two single beds (90 cm), games, and books. Two shower rooms with two WCs (one separate), Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV are provided. Original wood floors and staircase add character. A laundry room with washer-dryer, a garden-level cloakroom for beach or fishing gear, and baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath) are available on request. The private, enclosed 450 m² garden offers terraces, barbecue, sun loungers, parasols, and outdoor furniture. Private parking in the courtyard, garage for bikes and leisure or water sports equipment, and free street parking. Five beaches, three harbors, GR34 trail, water sports center, tennis courts, cinema, and playground are nearby. Restaurants and entertainment from 500 m. Self check-in possible. Events not allowed.
