Three charming bedrooms await you: one on the ground floor with a queen-size bed (160 cm); upstairs, a master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) with a partial sea view; a children's attic room (2 single beds, 90 cm) with games and books. Two shower rooms, two toilets (one separate). Office space and library available. Baby equipment on request (travel cot, high chair, baby bath, etc.).
The villa boasts original wood floors and staircase, surrounded by lovely flower gardens. On the garden level: utility room with washer-dryer and storage for beach or fishing gear. Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV included. Enclosed 450 m² garden with terraces, barbecue, sun loungers, parasols, and outdoor furniture. Private parking in the courtyard, garage for bikes and leisure or water sports equipment. Free street parking.
