In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, our home is thoroughly disinfected between each reservation.
Ideally located very close to the town center, just a minute’s walk from Belle Issue Park and three minutes’ walk from the shops.
A 20-minute walk from Gobelins and Moulins beaches.

You’ll find restaurants, etc.
The market is held on Tuesday mornings and Sunday mornings.

It features a cozy living area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, built-in oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and blender.

The 14 m² bedroom, featuring two wardrobes and a 140×190 bed, also has a flat-screen TV.
A bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Sheets and linens are included, along with terry cloth towels and dish towels.

Bus route 30 meters away: Saint-Brieuc–Paimpol.

The house is not accessible to people with limited mobility.

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Yves, très ponctuel. L'environnement est très calme. Nous avons trouvé un appartement impeccable, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Yves a la souci du confort et du bien-être de ses hôtes. Nous recommandons très vivement cette location.
