This hotel is excellent, all the staff are very friendly and helpful and very polite Check in was easy The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable Could have done with 2 chairs rather than 1 Bathroom was big, shower over bath, the water for the shower wasn't very hot Breakfast was nice and fresh, will definitely book again when we go to Bradford Massive well done Mercure!!!

It is a quaint place if you don’t mind the fact that it is a bit out of the way. It does have metro and bus very close by. Had an incident at the hotel but the staff attended to situation quickly and diligently. The hotel is an older hotel so if you are looking for something upscale you may want to reconsider.
