Welcome to my Franconian “Schätzla”...

My charming apartment is a cozy retreat—the perfect place for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. With a welcoming atmosphere and modern amenities, this accommodation offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Located in a quiet, rural setting yet with easy access by car and train to the sights of Bayreuth and the surrounding area

My approximately 70-square-meter vacation apartment with a separate entrance is located right on the edge of the forest on a hillside in the idyllic Rotmain Valley, about 4 km north of Bayreuth. The property is nestled in a wonderful 1,000-square-meter garden. On the newly designed terrace, which is approximately 30 square meters in size, you can find your balance between the hustle and bustle of the day and the relaxation of the evening.

The apartment has been furnished with loving attention to detail and creative ideas, all designed by me.
My “Schätzla” accommodates 2 people (possibly with an extra bed)
Now also featuring a Fassauna and streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, or other streaming services

The direct access to the A9 and A70 highways (take the “Bindlacher Berg” exit) and the train station (about 200 m away) make your trip here more relaxing.
