The personnel at the front desk were EXCEPTIONAL! - I meant to say something to them before we checked out, but they could write a BOOK on customer service -- so friendly and helpful! I will be staying there again next time I'm in the area, if only because of them!

This was the best place I have ever stayed in my life. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to maintain cleanliness. Breakfast = amazing. Gift shop = adorable and surprisingly affordable. Matt in the kitchen was awesome; kind when interacting with guests and makes amazing pancakes. Ugh I wanna go back!

This is a lovely location and staff is excellent and very welcoming. They said their breakfast was best on gulf coast and I think it could very well be. Views of gulf were amazing. My only issue is that there was a bad stain on the carpeting and room appeared to have other signs of wear and tear. Having said that, I would definitely stay again.

The staff is awesome! They gave out cookies in the evening. The breakfast was fantastic. The location is really fun! Walk across the highway to the beach. Nice showers. Beds were so comfy. Will stay here again.

Comfortably one of the best hotels l've stayed in. The design of the lobby is Mediterranean... pale wood, beautifully designed soft furnishings, bright, light and airy. Attention to detail is faultless. Staff are attentive, present and happy. Breakfast is excellent, and eaten in the lobby/lounge. The rooms reflect the lobby...spacious, well designed, bright and light, and are visited daily. An exemplary hotel, tasteful, and overseen by GM Stephanie, who has staffed the hotel well. Excellent place
