Relatively clean, quiet. Old hotel and the building had issues. The beds aren't very comfortable, but without many options in the area, it worked for a short trip night stay. If my wife was with me, we wouldn't have stayed. LOL

The room had a bad odor. Looked old and like they need to replace many things. The safety of electric outlets need to be updated. The people above us walked around all night so we couldn't get sleep. So we decided to leave early to get to a much better hotel.

Stayed in a room with king bed and what was described as a hot tub. Room was clean and serviceable, but no soap was provided at the sink. We needed more toilet paper - went to front desk and got TP and soap. Hot tub turned out to be a standard tub with jets. The tub leaked a good bit and the water was brown, like when you rinse out a coffee pot. Water in the toilet was also brown. If the water authority can't deliver clear water, perhaps Magnolia Inn should consider installing their own water filter(s).
