Located on the edge of the forest, calm and birds surround you. <br>Decorated in a 'country chic' style, this house is ideal for recharging your batteries thanks to its calm and its wooded garden.<br>The garden, not overlooked, will allow you to take beautiful naps in the shade of the cherry trees.<br> Many trees and flowers attract birds and butterflies of all kinds. <br>The house is an ideal starting point for bucolic walks<br>Located 25 minutes from Vannes and 40 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan, 17 minutes from Josselin.<br>The house: <br>First floor: a large kitchen-dining area, a spacious living room composed of two parts with 3 sofas, a toilet, a shower room, a large scullery with sink, washing machine, drying rack.<br>Upstairs: a landing leads to three bedrooms and a toilet.<br>The garden: You will have a teak garden table that can accommodate 8 people, a parasol, 2 deckchairs, 2 garden armchairs, a Weber charcoal barbecue<br>The small town of Saint Jean Brevelay, located 9 minutes away by car, will offer you all the necessary shops and services (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy...).<br>We can provide a high chair for baby.<br>It should be noted that the garden is not enclosed and the house is NOT EQUIPPED with a dishwasher.

Séjour au calme, cadre très agréable

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans le gite. Les pièces sont spacieuses et tout est bien agencé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le parc fleuri et décoré avec beaucoup de soin. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison d'Annabelle et Philippe. La maison est agréable et impeccablement entretenue, équipée et décorée. De même pour le jardin qui est aussi bien exposé. Hôtes sympathiques et arrangeants. Nous recommandons vivement !!

Pour des vacances idéales

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, maison hyper confortable et pratique, extérieur luxuriant, bien entretenu. Tout est conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Nous avons passé 15 jours agréables et reposants, nous avons pu rayonner sur les villes alentours (Vannes, Josselin, Plumelec, Auray), et même un peu plus loin (Nantes, Rennes, Rochefort en terre (magnifique), La Gacilly, Ile aux Moines,..).Bref nous conseillons vivement cette location dans un coin calme, et dans une région où les gens savent encore recevoir avec gentillesse.
