The staff was amazing at this hotel. the check in process was fantastic. We had a service dog with us and there was no hassle at check in. everyone was very nice. I needed more coffee and an extra blanket and the staff was very helpful with those requests. Loved the room but there was a bit of traffic noise at night but the two bedrooms was perfect for a family reunion.

The hotel was good, it wasn't great. It's a good place to stay if you're going to the convention center. They could use a lounge and some updates, which it sounds like they are planning on soon. Staff were friendly and the front desk.
