Everyone of the staff were so helpful and have amazing attitudes, especially Angela! I feel bad for them that they’re up against some maintenance failures. This is usually the case of not getting a lot of help from the higher ups and not the fault of all the hard workers running the place.

Amenities. The coffee maker was pouch type and k cup coffee was provided. No way to have coffee in room. In AM I took machine to front desk, the staff actually tried to make the k cup work. It did not. so he sent me to the big machine, and it did not work. Staff had to turn it on. Breakfast wasn't ready at 6 am. Came back at 630 and it was done. The ac/ heat was almost uncontrollable. Pillows were way to thick and hard to sleep on. When we left, I stopped at front desk and reminded them that we brought the coffee machine to them and don't charge it to us. They didn't have which room it went to. The night staff/guy was incompitant. The am Lady was smart and helpful.

The bedsheets had black hairs all over them. There were a pile of towels laying in the hallway in front of a room. When we asked to exchange rooms, he gave us another room. My husband went and got the key and our six-year-old found a bag of pills laying on the floor obviously they hadn’t furniture to vacuum. When we inquired about the restaurant across the street, we were told it was like an Applebee’s furthest from the truth more like a worn out Denny’s.
