The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout with great amenities. There is an option of having breakfast there and we definitely recommend giving it a try. For us the hotel's greatest assets are it's staff members. Each of them is friendly and professional and goes above and beyond what we have experienced in other hotels. We thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Bilbao.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is really comfortable and stylish. If you want a brighter room, however, ask for one at the front as the back rooms are only a few feet away from a tall building.
