Room was not clean prior to arrival (at 11.30pm). The bed had been slept in and dirty towels left in the bathroom. We had to wait for the receptionist to clean the room, completely unacceptable

Very old and tired rooms desperately in need of a deep clean paint. Bath towels old and hard. My main bath towel hadn't been checked as it was folded up with make up on from previous user.

A very comfortable and clean hotel at a very good price. Very helpful staff. A lovely view from our room. Don’t let the appearance of the entrance doors put you off! They look like they're painted by a trained chimpanzee.
