This hotel is only so expensive because it’s one of few in the area. In any big city it would’ve been $60 a night and considered a motel

This place is really lovely and quiet. The views are amazing! Despite the loss of their restaurant they did provide some fruit, blueberry bread, boiled eggs and some other items for breakfast. It's a long drive in either direction for food so be prepared with snacks as the only way to cook is with a small microwave oven. The staff were very nice and provided us with additional coffee when asked. I can't wait to get back to Lucia Lodge, it is a special place.

Lucia is VERY REMOTE- fifteen miles from restaurant or grocery and the room was tiny. The coastline is breathtaking below the property.

“Mountain View” means you have a view of the parking lot. The other cabins looked so cute but the Mountain View cabin has a tiny window onto the parking lot, the whole place is painted a drab brown, the bed is very small (Full) and for the price we were very disappointed. The view from the parking lot is stunning. The breakfast looks like Costco muffins, hard boiled eggs and boxed juice. Breakfast is at least 30 minutes either way

Great stay! Clean room, BEAUTIFUL view, very pleasant staff. The continental breakfast could have been better, but due to a recent fire, it was understandable.
