Very pleasant stay! Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean property. It is not close to the main part of town, so not as walkable as other properties, although that was fine for our group. Much quieter!

The breakfast was amazing! Had a wide variety of items. The town is easy to walk around. There was many free parking spaces available for the guests. Must visit Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center nearby.

The breakfast was terrible. Frozen foods. Toaster was not working.Staff in breakfast room was not pleasant and stood around on her phone. The front desk staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. The pool was.nice but the hot tub has seen better days. I would definately go there again, but have breakfast ate the Starlite restaurant.

This hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. The hotel was very close to the Main Street with plenty of restaurants and shops. The only complaint I had was the breakfast, we tried both mornings we stayed to get breakfast and both days there was nothing left. There was always a line for breakfast. I get that it was crowded when we stayed but either find a way to put more food out or extend the hours if you advertise free breakfast.

I and a friend had run the Boise Marathon in the morning, so we got in late (after 9pm). The older couple at the front desk were very helpful, and check-in was easy. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was very nice, with the normal selection but better than average quality. Went out to find to 2 inches of snow on the van. The person at the front desk provided us with an updated map of road closures in Yellowstone NP, which was very helpful as we were planning on driving through the park on our way home. Had to change our route a bit, but still made it through.

This will be our go-to hotel in West Yellowstone. From check in to check out, an excellent stay. Extremely knowledgable staff, large clean and comfortable room, helpful amenities like a laundry facility, delicious breakfast and great location.
