Located in Erwin Lake, just a short drive to all Big Bear activities including the lake, Village, ski resorts, hiking trails, Snow Play and more! This cabin is nice and spacious while still being cozy and inviting. Perfect for small families and friends who wish to escape the city and enjoy a mountain getaway.
LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
