Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Cabin is nice and amenities were good. The heater constantly needs to be reset to turn on. The pillows for the bed are horrible, we bought pillows while in town. Something that can’t be controlled but people should know is that the neighbors are loud and party.

Our first experience using Cool Cabins was a bit disappointing, as we initially had to be moved from another property due to a bed bug issue. This was especially frustrating since it was our first time booking through Cool Cabins. Thankfully, Tipsy Grizzly Cabin was great overall and definitely felt cleaner, which made us feel more comfortable during our stay. The cabin itself was nice, but there is room for improvement in the kitchen. The pots and pans could use an upgrade, and I would recommend ensuring that all dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned between guests. We also noticed some grease residue in the toaster oven and on the stove, so a little more attention to kitchen cleanliness would go a long way. While we appreciated being relocated to a cabin that was more comfortable and cleaner than the original property, the initial bed bug issue and these cleaning details made our first experience with Cool Cabins less than ideal. Hopefully, these are areas that can be improved for future guests. Overall, Tipsy Grizzly Cabin was a good place to stay, but the experience could have been better from start to finish.

Tipsy Grizzly Cabin

We had a nice stay, and the cabin was very cute inside as promised. All the appliances worked very well. The wall heater kept the place cozy & warm. The pac-man game was so much fun. A few issues ... The electronic lock wasn't always secure; sometimes, deadbolt didn't go fully into the slot and reversed. The dishwasher was loose and tipped forward when open with pulled-out racks. Overall, we enjoyed a relaxing weekend.
