The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
NEVER TURN HEAT OFF. Doing so will cause pipes to freeze and burst. If pipes burst due to heat being turned off, you will be responsible for all repairs and damages. Turn down to 55 before departing.
Remove all trash from the property before departing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No Spa use 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. Max cars allowed is 2. Max guests allowed in home is 6 people. No Smoking/Parties allowed. No noise after 10:00 pm.
Never park on the street, all vehicles on the street will be towed at vehicle owners expense by Code Enforcement. Never leave pets unattended any time
Violation of the above stated rules will result in $1000 fine Per Violation and you could be removed from the property with no refund, per County Code
