With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 12 guests, this 3,000 sq. ft. home offers plenty of room for families and groups while keeping you within a short drive of the lake, ski slopes, shopping, and The Village.

THE SPACE
Burro Springs offers plenty of room to spread out across its tri-level layout, with multiple gathering areas designed for families and groups.

The main living room, kitchen, and dining area are located on the second floor. A side-driveway entrance provides easier access directly to this level without using the front staircase.

The main living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and gas fireplace, while an additional living area creates even more space for relaxing together.

The kitchen offers plenty of room for group meal preparation with a newer refrigerator, dishwasher, standard coffee maker, and the essentials needed during your stay.

The game room adds another place to gather with a pool table, foosball, and Pac-Man arcade featuring 12 classic two-player titles.

Outside, unwind in the private hot tub while taking in the open meadow, mountain, and valley views. Wildlife may occasionally be seen throughout the surrounding area, adding to the peaceful mountain setting.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Guests must comply with applicable San Bernardino County vacation rental regulations and local Good Neighbor requirements.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM throughout Big Bear.
