Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please turn off all indoor/outdoor lights. Turn off TV and leave remote on TV stand. Leave thermostat at 55 degrees to prevent frozen pipes.

Trash: Place all trash in the trash bins next to the fence by the garage. A $25 fee will be charged for task not completed. Grill: Must be cleaned after use. A $40 fee will be charged if left dirty.

Fireplace: Remove all ashes. Ash bucket located on front porch. Refrigerator: Remove all food from fridge and freezer. Dishes: Clean all dishes. You can leave dishes in dish rack.

Clean nice living room nice comfortable beds. Has a good quality propane grill. Jacuzzi is comfortable and relaxing. We stayed 2 nights and it was awesome. Kitchen has every utensil and pan for cooking and baking. If you like playing board games they have a large selection for you to enjoy. Quiet neighborhood, the neighbors are nice as well. The Host (Sarah) was very attentive to any concerns or questions I had. I would recommend staying here and will be returning.
