THE SPACE
Chipper’s Lodge combines cozy mountain charm with clean, modern finishes throughout. The main living spaces feature vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, luxury laminate flooring, and comfortable furnishings designed for relaxing after a day outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and both a Keurig and drip coffee maker for easy mornings.

Each bedroom includes a Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

Outside, the elevated front and back decks are ideal for taking in the surrounding mountain views. The fenced yard includes a gas fire pit where guests can gather beneath the stars.

During suitable winter conditions, the stamped concrete driveway may also provide a fun sledding area. Guests should always check conditions and supervise children carefully.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and both a Keurig and drip coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Fire Pit
The outdoor fire pit is gas only. Wood fires are not permitted.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with applicable San Bernardino County vacation rental regulations and local Good Neighbor requirements.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM throughout Big Bear.
