The open floor plan seamlessly blends the living, dining, and custom kitchen areas, with and upstairs game room creating the perfect space for both relaxation and entertaining. This charming home boasts a stunning front deck, an expansive back deck, and an upstairs balcony that offers delightful views and outdoor living spaces.  Please discuss the kind and the number of pets first and when approved there is a $25 fee per pet per night. If there is damage left by the pet your card will be charged per your booking agreement. 

Guest Release & Liability Waiver – Hot Tub / Jacuzzi & Bunk Beds

By booking and/or staying at this property, all guests agree to the following:

1. Use at Your Own Risk

Guests acknowledge that the hot tub/jacuzzi and bunk beds may involve risks of injury. Use of these amenities is completely voluntary and at your own risk.

2. Health & Safety

Children must be supervised at all times.



No glass, alcohol overuse, diving, or horseplay in or near the hot tub.



Guests with medical conditions (including pregnancy, heart issues, high/low blood pressure, or temperature sensitivity) should not use the hot tub without medical advice.



Top bunk is for children over 6 years old and adults under 160 lbs only. No jumping or climbing on the outside of bunk frames.



3. Responsibility for Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the hot tub/jacuzzi or bunk beds, including misuse, spills, roughhousing, or failure to follow instructions.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, guests hereby release the host, property owner, and management from any and all claims, injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of the hot tub/jacuzzi or bunk beds.

5. Agreement

By entering the property and using these amenities, guests confirm they have read, understood, and voluntarily accept all terms of this waiver.
