THE SPACE
The main living area combines high-end mountain design with an open, welcoming layout made for gathering. Vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, refined finishes, and a gas fireplace create a dramatic space where guests can relax while taking in beautiful mountain views.
The modern kitchen was thoughtfully equipped by owners who love to cook. It features high-end appliances and a wide collection of cooking essentials, including a Cuisinart coffee maker, Keurig, coffee grinder, electric tea kettle, Ninja blender, Crock-Pot, roasting pan, beverage cooler, dishwasher, and plenty of workspace for preparing meals together.
Two large decks extend the living space outdoors. The upper deck features outdoor dining, a natural gas BBQ, and private hot tub surrounded by mountain scenery. At the front of the home, Adirondack chairs surround a gas fire pit, while the lower deck offers additional seating directly off the game room.
The game room is designed for entertaining with a pool table, foosball table, 75-inch smart TV, wet bar with seating, board games, cards, a leather sofa, and additional lounge seating. Whether you're winding down after skiing or spending a relaxed day at the lodge, there is plenty of room for the group to spread out.

Pet Policy
This home has a strict no-pet policy due to homeowner allergies. Pets are not permitted inside the property. Guests traveling with pets are welcome to explore our pet-friendly Big Bear Lakefront Cabins properties. Unauthorized animals may result in additional cleaning charges of up to $250.
Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.
All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, and an extensive selection of cooking appliances and coffee equipment, making it especially well suited for guests who enjoy preparing meals. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.
What we provide
