The Space:

The open-concept interior centers around a cozy gas fireplace, with a fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The game room is a standout — a variety of board games, card games and puzzles, ping pong, air hockey, a poker table, and a Firestick-enabled projector with a 120" screen make for serious movie and game nights. Smart TVs and a Bluetooth sound system run throughout the home, and 400 Mbps WiFi keeps everyone connected. The master suite features a Cal King bed, walk-in shower, and soaking tub for a premium retreat within the retreat.



Out on the front and back decks, gas fire pit with outdoor lighting, and gas BBQ create the perfect outdoor setup for any season. An EV charger is available on site, and a washer/dryer adds convenience for longer stays. Complimentary coffee, spices, and toiletries are provided.



While air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air.

Convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley. * Parking Details: Max of 3 cars on-site. (Does have garage access)

* PETS NOT ALLOWED! This property is strictly not pet friendly. No pets or animals are allowed at all. We do not make any exceptions. This is due to medical reasons since the owner is allergic to dogs. Please do not sneak in pets, we will know. There is video surveillance on the premises. Failure to comply might result in fines up to $1000 or more for deep cleaning.



✅ Important Information – Please Read Before Booking

To ensure a smooth stay and compliance with local City regulations, please note the following:

* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed and will be required prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete it within 24 hours of booking. It only takes a few minutes and helps make sure everything runs smoothly for your trip.

* The cancellation policy shown at the time of booking applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. Cancellation terms may vary by season or demand.

* The primary guest must be 24 years of age or older and present during the stay.

* No parties or events are allowed, per City ordinance.

*Quiet hours (10pm-7am) enforced by the City. No speakers or sound systems allowed. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation.

* Trash must be taken to designated City clean sites, as required by local regulation. A disposal fee might apply for left behind trash.

* Hot tubs, when provided, operate in compliance with California safety standards, with a

maximum allowable temperature of 104°F (40°C).

* This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.)

Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

*It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever. You are allowed to use what is provided for you.

*This home does NOT have central (A/C).

*All cooking has to be done with what the house provides and the BBQ on site. It is not allowed to bring anything with charcoal, gas, propane or anything of the sort. Just what the home already has. Thank you!
