Spacious and modern villa, ideal for a holiday with family and friends by the sea. Rated 5 stars by more than 30 people on another platform, it is located just 150 meters from the beach and offers a warm and comfortable beach villa atmosphere.

The interior of the house, including the living room and bedrooms, is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal temperature all year round.

Relax in a spacious and carefully decorated living area bathed in light and overlooking a landscaped garden. The villa also offers a fully equipped, modern kitchen open to the dining room, perfect for preparing meals with family or friends.

On the garden side, you also benefit from garden furniture for 8 people on sunny days as well as a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and a traditional barbecue. The 10x5 meter swimming pool is heated from mid-April to early November (depending on weather conditions).

On the night side, discover 4 bedrooms (3 queen size bedrooms + 1 twin bedroom) with quality bedding, including an insulated master suite for total privacy.

You also benefit from the possibility of parking two cars safely in the driveway protected by an electric gate.
