You will be charmed by its spaciousness and the surrounding tranquility (no overlooking neighbors), ideal for a holiday with family or friends (maximum 8 people). The ground floor offers spacious living areas (living room and open-plan kitchen), as well as a first bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility (with dressing room) and an adjoining shower room with WC. The first floor offers three further bedrooms (two double beds 140 x 190 cm and one queen bed 160 x 200 cm), as well as a mezzanine, a separate WC, and a bathroom with shower.
A lovely covered terrace allows you to enjoy the private, enclosed garden.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (this service is available for a fee; please contact the agency at least 8 days before arrival). The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see article Article 1731 of the Civil Code), by the owner. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to notify us of any issues they believe are not up to standard.
The check-out inspection must be scheduled with the owner on the morning of departure, no later than 10:00 AM.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- Cleaning C642 / BIDART: €100.

- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.

- Towels/kit per person/one week: €5.
