Sea Salt Sun Beach House

The ultimate beach house for your family to kick back and enjoy together. Sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably, the property encourages families to come together by the beach and explore all the East Coast has to offer. The property boasts seamless indoor/outdoor living, which is perfect for barbeques and sunbathing of an afternoon. Evenings by the fire pit exchanging tall tales and nights snuggled up inside with a movie or a good book… There’s no better place than ours.



Convenient, clean, spacious and functional – Sea Salt Sun Beach House has been curated with your family in mind. The floorplan is modern yet warm and inviting and has space for all to enjoy their time at the Beach House.



Inside:

- A room dedicated to the kids, the pod room includes three beds which sleep up to six. The room has a sofa, games and a tv, perfect for the kids to hang out and play games after a day at the beach.

- The Master bedroom has the most comfortable King bed, bespoke timber feature wall, and a walk in wardrobe, so you can truly unpack and unwind. Direct access to the yard allows for airflow of a night and easy mornings.

- The second bedroom has a Queen bed and wardrobe, it’s a really nice space to wind down in.

- The third bedroom has another Queen bed and open cupboard space, it’s such a nice and sunny room.

- The pod room at the front of the house has three double beds, a secondary lounge area and kids play oasis!

- The main bathroom features an extra length vanity and walk in shower, floor to ceiling tiles create grandeur and a luxe feel. This is the only bathroom in the house, the second bathroom (and toilet) located in the back of the shed. There is a separate toilet inside the house for convenience.

- Lounge all day long in the sun-filled lounge area, an open plan concept with the kitchen and outdoor space, you'll gravitate here to watch the happenings of the house. Including two super comfortable couches, an afternoon siesta is waiting.

- The kitchen includes coffee machine (pods), dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas hotplates (here's to some good cooking), and oven. With the added perk of a hidden butlers pantry, you can unpack the groceries and feel right at home from the moment you step inside the house.



OUTSIDE:

- Minimal, sleek and safe | the fully fenced outdoor space includes lots of space to run and play, and also spread out with comfort in mind. Sun-drenched and Summer-filled, the entire ethos of this property stems from the functional outdoor space. Flowing through the entire house, Sea. Salt. Sun is best enjoyed in the backyard. Our house is in a residential area, so you must come inside after 11pm. In respect to our surrounding neighbours, we have a strict no party/events policy, and excessive noise and/or partying may lead to being asked to leave the property without refund or notice if you do not abide by our house rules.

- A communal firepit with complimentary firewood, many-a-night is spent trading stories of the day, reminiscing of the holiday, and beaming about what's to come.

- You have access to the rear section of the shed, which has a laundry with washing machine. There is also a second shower which is surprisingly big! Fit as many kids as you can - this is a great space to wash the sand off after a day spent at the beach! There is also a second toilet in this back room for your convenience.
