The hotel was ideal for a stay overnight for us following a long flight from South America to Heathrow Airport and was on our route to home. The room was spotlessly clean; the breakfast good and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The only problem we experienced was that the postcode for the hotel would not work in our Sat Nav from the airport.

Breakfast spread was awesome. Rooms are a bit tight for 2 adults 2 kids but we made do. Generally clean. Our sink was so clogged the entire time which was annoying. Otherwise great property.

Good value hotel close to Bicester Village, the reception lady (short dark hair) was particularly welcoming. The hotel was overall nice, the family rooms were a little small for a family with older children and the trunk beds we’ve had elsewhere cause less arguments than a sofa double. Lovely modern bathroom though some shaving hair’s in the sink on arrival.

Good for us for an over night stop and points the towels in our room had to be changed as they were still damp and one of the cups in the room was dirty but the staff soon apologised and changed the towels the mug we just washed .food was good bar pleasant more of a business hotel
